Shop Owner in Ninh Binh Charged for Selling Fake Luxury Goods
Nguyen Xuan Hoang, a shop owner in Ninh Binh, has been charged for selling over 700 counterfeit luxury

Three individuals have been charged in Nghe An province for throwing waste at a clothing store owned by a woman named Nguyen. The accused, Vo Thi Hang, 53, Pham Van Anh, 28, and Le Van Dai, 42, were charged with disturbing public order under Article 318 of the Penal Code.
The conflict arose from a previous dispute between Hang and Nguyen, prompting Hang to devise a plan to intimidate her rival. On June 1, Hang drove to Nguyen's store on Le Hong Phong Street with two buckets of waste. Accompanied by Anh and Dai, they executed their plan by throwing the waste at the store before fleeing the scene.
Authorities reported that Anh and Dai used a motorcycle with a fake license plate to carry out the act. After more than two weeks of investigation, police were able to track down the three suspects. This incident highlights ongoing issues related to public order and personal disputes in the region.
As the investigation continues, the community remains concerned about the implications of such actions on social order. The police have emphasized the importance of addressing conflicts through legal means rather than resorting to intimidation or violence.
