On October 6, 2026, during the celebration of Vietnam Entrepreneurs' Day, Hoa Phat Group received a certificate of merit from the Chairman of the Hung Yen Provincial People's Committee. This award acknowledges the company's outstanding performance in production and business, as well as its role in fostering the development of the local business community.

The event was attended by notable figures including Tran Quoc Toan, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Nguyen Manh Quyen, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee. In his remarks, Quyen praised the remarkable efforts of the business community in maintaining production, expanding investment, and ensuring social welfare for workers.

The provincial leadership emphasized their commitment to supporting local enterprises by addressing challenges and improving the investment environment to facilitate sustainable development. For several years, Hoa Phat has consistently ranked among the top private enterprises contributing significantly to the Hung Yen provincial budget.

In recent years, Hoa Phat's tax contributions have remained stable, ranging from 1.2 to 1.4 trillion VND annually. Notably, in the first half of 2026, the group's tax payments to the local budget exceeded 1.2 trillion VND, matching the total contributions of the entire year of 2024.

Hung Yen is the only province where all five operational sectors of Hoa Phat Group are present, including iron and steel, steel products, agriculture, real estate, and household electrical appliances. The group's subsidiaries, such as Hoa Phat Steel Pipe, Hoa Phat Steel, Hoa Phat Roofing, and Hoa Phat Refrigeration, are among the top taxpayers in the province.
