Fuel Prices Remain Steady in Vietnam as of September 10

As of September 10, 2026, fuel prices in Vietnam have maintained stability according to the latest adjustments made by the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Finance, effective from 3 PM on September 3. The retail prices at Petrolimex, Vietnam's largest fuel supplier, reflect this consistency.

According to the most recent pricing table, E10 RON 95-V biofuel is priced at 24,570 VND per liter in region 1 and 25,060 VND in region 2. E10 RON 95-III is set at 23,270 VND per liter in region 1 and 23,730 VND in region 2. For E5 RON 92-II biofuel, the price stands at 22,480 VND per liter in region 1 and 22,920 VND in region 2.

  • Diesel 0.001S-V is priced at 29,540 VND per liter in region 1 and 30,130 VND in region 2.
  • Diesel 0.05S-II is available at 27,740 VND per liter in region 1 and 28,290 VND in region 2.
  • Kerosene 2-K is listed at 26,730 VND per liter in region 1 and 27,260 VND in region 2.
  • For mazut, N02B (3.5S) is priced at 17,640 VND per kilogram in region 1 and 17,990 VND in region 2, while 180cst - 0.5S (RMG) is sold at 23,940 VND per kilogram in region 1 and 24,410 VND in region 2.

Petrolimex's pricing structure distinguishes between regions based on proximity to ports, storage facilities, or production sites. Region 1 is typically closer to these facilities, while region 2 is further away. The actual selling price in region 2 is determined by local distributors but cannot exceed the maximum prices set by Petrolimex.

The current retail prices will remain in effect across all Petrolimex fuel stations and authorized retailers until the next price adjustment scheduled for 3 PM today, September 10. This adjustment will be based on the fluctuations in global fuel prices during the pricing cycle and existing regulations governing fuel pricing.

Following the price adjustment today, new prices will be announced and will replace the current rates.
