Fuel Prices Remain Stable in Vietnam as of July 29, 2026

As of July 29, 2026, the retail prices of fuel at the Military Petroleum Corporation (MIPEC) in Vietnam have maintained stability in accordance with the new price list that took effect at 3 PM on July 23, 2026. According to the company's announcement, the prices for biofuels and diesel have seen an increase compared to the prior adjustment.

The latest price list indicates that the biofuel E10 RON 95-III is priced at 21,430 VND/liter in Region 1 and 21,850 VND/liter in Region 2. Meanwhile, the biofuel E5 RON 92-II is priced at 20,880 VND/liter in Region 1 and 21,290 VND/liter in Region 2.

For diesel, the 0.001S level 5 diesel is sold at 27,860 VND/liter in Region 1 and 28,410 VND/liter in Region 2. The 0.05S level 2 diesel is priced at 25,760 VND/liter and 26,270 VND/liter, respectively.

Compared to the prices prior to the adjustment on July 23, the E10 RON 95-III has increased by 880 VND/liter, while the E5 RON 92-II has risen by 1,060 VND/liter. The increases for diesel are significantly higher, with both the 0.001S level 5 and the 0.05S level 2 diesel increasing by 2,440 VND/liter.

MIPEC has stated that these new prices will remain effective until further notice. As of July 29, there have been no new adjustments compared to the previous prices set on July 23. Among the listed products, the 0.001S level 5 diesel has the highest price at 28,410 VND/liter in Region 2.
