The retail fuel prices at Petrolimex in Vietnam have been updated as of August 20, 2026, based on the latest adjustment from the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Finance, effective from 3 PM on August 13.

According to the latest price list, the price for E10 RON 95-V biofuel is set at 23,510 VND/liter in Region 1 and 23,980 VND/liter in Region 2. Meanwhile, E10 RON 95-III is priced at 22,110 VND/liter in Region 1 and 22,550 VND/liter in Region 2. The E5 RON 92-II biofuel is currently the lowest priced fuel at 21,230 VND/liter in Region 1 and 21,650 VND/liter in Region 2.

For diesel, the price for 0.001S-V diesel is 29,330 VND/liter in Region 1 and 29,910 VND/liter in Region 2. The 0.05S-II diesel is priced at 27,230 VND/liter in Region 1 and 27,770 VND/liter in Region 2. Additionally, kerosene 2-K is listed at 26,170 VND/liter in Region 1 and 26,690 VND/liter in Region 2. The prices for mazut oil are 16,750 VND/kg for N02B (3.5S) in Region 1 and 17,080 VND/kg in Region 2, while the 180cst - 0.5S (RMG) mazut is priced at 22,050 VND/kg in Region 1 and 22,490 VND/kg in Region 2.

Compared to the previous adjustment effective from 3 PM on August 6, the retail prices for various fuel types at Petrolimex have been reduced. Specifically, E10 RON 95-V and E10 RON 95-III have both decreased by 210 VND/liter, while E5 RON 92-II has seen a larger reduction of 490 VND/liter. In the diesel category, both 0.001S-V and 0.05S-II have decreased by 310 VND/liter, and kerosene 2-K has dropped by 90 VND/liter. Conversely, the prices for mazut oil have increased, with N02B (3.5S) rising by 360 VND/kg and 180cst - 0.5S (RMG) increasing by 660 VND/kg.

The price adjustments are based on the fluctuations in global fuel prices during the pricing cycle and the current regulations governing fuel pricing. The prices listed will be applicable across all Petrolimex retail outlets, agents, and authorized dealers nationwide until the next price adjustment by the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Finance.
