As of September 5, 2026, fuel prices in Vietnam's PVOIL system have maintained stability according to the adjustments effective from 3 PM on September 3, made by the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Finance.

The latest pricing indicates that E10 RON 95-III is now listed at 23,270 VND per liter, reflecting an increase of 670 VND per liter compared to the previous adjustment. Meanwhile, E5 RON 92-II is sold at 22,480 VND per liter, up 720 VND per liter from the last period. This represents the highest increase in the recent price adjustment.

In the diesel category, DO 0.05S-II is priced at 27,740 VND per liter, a decrease of 340 VND per liter. Similarly, DO 0.001S-V is listed at 29,540 VND per liter, also down by 340 VND compared to the previous adjustment.

When comparing these prices to the adjustments effective from 3 PM on August 27, the retail prices at PVOIL have shown mixed trends. E10 RON 95-III has increased by 670 VND per liter from 22,600 VND to 23,270 VND, while E5 RON 92-II rose by 720 VND from 21,760 VND to 22,480 VND. On the other hand, diesel prices have decreased; DO 0.05S-II dropped from 28,080 VND to 27,740 VND, and DO 0.001S-V fell from 29,880 VND to 29,540 VND.

The retail prices mentioned above will be applied across all PVOIL gas stations and distribution units nationwide until the next price adjustment by the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Finance.

This price adjustment follows current regulations regarding fuel pricing, based on the fluctuations in global fuel prices during the pricing calculation cycle and the components that constitute the price as determined by regulatory authorities.
