On August 8, Vương Ngọc Hà, the Vice Chairwoman of Tuyên Quang Province, received a new assignment as part of the provincial government's restructuring for the 2026-2031 term. The decision, signed by Phan Huy Ngọc, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, outlines her new responsibilities.

In her updated role, Vương Ngọc Hà will assist the Chairman in directly monitoring and directing the work of various departments, specifically the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and the Department of Health, excluding national target programs from these departments. This marks a shift from her previous responsibilities, which included oversight of the Department of Education and Training.

Additionally, Vương Ngọc Hà will handle citizen petitions and resolve complaints as assigned by the Chairman. This change in duties also coincides with another reshuffle in the provincial leadership, where Đỗ Anh Tuấn, another Vice Chairman, has been given new tasks including overseeing the Department of Justice and the Department of Home Affairs.

In related news, the provincial government has established a steering committee to organize a re-examination for high school graduation in 2026, particularly for students who took the exam at Tuyên Quang Specialized High School. The committee will be led by Đỗ Anh Tuấn, with various department heads as members.
