Professor Nguyen Ngoc Ha has officially been appointed as the Vice Rector of Hanoi National University of Education, according to a recent announcement from the Ministry of Education and Training. The appointment was signed by Minister Hoang Minh Son on July 6, with the new role set to take effect on July 15, lasting for a term of five years.

Born in 1974, Professor Ha is an alumnus of the Chemistry Department at Hanoi National University of Education. Prior to this appointment, he served as the Deputy Director of the Department of Quality Management within the Ministry of Education and Training. He has also held significant roles, including being the Head of the Examination Committee for the national high school graduation exam.

Since July 2022, Professor Ha has been working at the Department of Quality Management. From 2012 to 2022, he was the Head of the Chemistry Department at Hanoi National University of Education. Alongside his appointment, the Minister also appointed Associate Professor Nguyen Lan Hung Son, the former Head of Student Political Affairs, as another Vice Rector of the university, effective immediately.

Currently, Hanoi National University of Education is led by Rector Nguyen Duc Son and has three Vice Rectors: Associate Professor Kieu Van Hoan, Professor Nguyen Ngoc Ha, and Associate Professor Nguyen Lan Hung Son.
