Local Authorities Review High School Graduation Exam Results Amid Concerns

On July 11, the Quang Tri Department of Education and Training announced that the provincial government had ordered an urgent review of the organization and results of the 2026 high school graduation exam. This decision comes after reports of potential irregularities at the Le Truc High School examination site.

The provincial government has instructed the Department of Education to comprehensively check the examination process and results at Le Truc High School, located in Tuyen Hoa, to identify any unusual signs or fraudulent activities. The findings from this review must be compiled and reported back to the provincial government for further action.

Additionally, the Department of Education has been tasked with coordinating with relevant units to review the overall results of the 2026 high school graduation exam across the province. This is to ensure that any unusual signs are promptly detected and addressed according to regulations.

In related news, the education sector in Nghe An province is working on a draft decision to regulate the transfer and reassignment of teachers and educational administrators across public educational institutions. This initiative aims to optimize the teaching workforce following the restructuring of educational facilities, addressing teacher shortages and surpluses, and enhancing teaching quality.

Furthermore, the expected admission scores for the Hanoi University of Civil Engineering in 2026 are predicted to remain stable. The Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee has also finalized plans to reorganize nearly 3,000 public schools in the city, ensuring compliance with central directives and maintaining educational quality.
