THACO AUTO, a leading automotive company founded by Trần Bá Dương, has recently launched its latest electric van, the THACO TOWNER E. This innovative vehicle is designed to meet the growing demand for urban transportation, distribution, and delivery services.

The THACO TOWNER E boasts a payload capacity of 945 kilograms and is powered by a CATL battery with a capacity of 41.86 kWh. This allows the van to cover approximately 300 kilometers on a full charge, making it a practical choice for businesses operating in city environments.

One of the standout features of the THACO TOWNER E is its fast-charging capability. The vehicle supports 2C fast charging through a CCS2 port, enabling it to charge from 20% to 80% in just about 18 minutes at charging stations with a minimum power output of 90kW. This significantly reduces downtime and enhances the vehicle's operational efficiency.

Additionally, the van is equipped with a liquid cooling system for its battery, ensuring stable temperature management during charging and operation. Customers will also receive a complimentary mobile charger with a power output of 7kW, allowing for convenient charging at warehouses, production facilities, or any suitable power source.

THACO AUTO is currently offering a promotional program for customers who sign contracts and issue invoices by December 31, 2026. This includes ten free charging sessions each month for the first year, along with the mobile charger.

The THACO TOWNER E will be added to the THACO TRUCK product line, which already includes various models such as the THACO TF220/230 gasoline-powered light truck, the VAN TF, the TF2800 diesel-powered light truck, and the THACO LINKER medium truck.
