Binh Minh Group has received approval for the allocation of approximately 96 hectares of land in Vat Lai commune to develop the first phase of the Yen Ky Cemetery Park. This decision was made by the Hanoi People's Committee under Decision No. 5020/QD-UBND on September 21, 2026.

The project was initially approved in 2016 and has undergone adjustments as recently as June 2026. The allocated land has completed all necessary procedures for land recovery, compensation, and resettlement, and is designated for cemetery use, including funeral homes and cremation facilities.

The Hanoi People's Committee has granted the land to Binh Minh Group without requiring a bidding process for land use rights. The company is expected to utilize the land for a long-term period, and it must commence construction within 12 months of receiving the land. If the company fails to do so or delays for more than 24 months, the city will reclaim the land without compensation.

Binh Minh Group, established in March 2001 and headquartered in Hanoi, has a primary business focus on specialized construction activities. The company recently increased its charter capital from 4.35 trillion VND to 4.395 trillion VND, with all funding sourced from domestic private investments.

Phung Van He, born in 1965, is the Chairman of the Board, while Nguyen Thi Mach, also born in 1965, serves as the General Director. The company is known for its involvement in significant projects, including the renovation of the Tich River, which was approved in 2010 with a budget exceeding 6.914 trillion VND.

As Binh Minh Group embarks on this new project, it underscores the company's ongoing commitment to contributing to Vietnam's infrastructure development and enhancing community services.
