Billionaire Phạm Nhật Vượng, the founder of Vingroup, has joined forces with Nguyễn Bạch Điệp, the chairwoman of FPT Retail, to launch a new health service initiative. This collaboration will see the introduction of a medicine delivery service using electric vehicles, aimed at improving access to healthcare products across Vietnam.
The service will initially be rolled out in 19 major cities and provinces, including Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, with plans for nationwide coverage by 2027. This initiative is part of a broader strategy to meet the growing demand for online shopping and home delivery of health products.
Under this partnership, the Green SM company will manage the logistics of delivering medicines from over 1,500 Long Châu pharmacies. Each delivery will adhere to strict standards, including recipient verification and real-time order tracking, ensuring quality service and customer satisfaction.
According to recent data, Green SM has captured a significant market share in the delivery sector, indicating strong consumer preference for their services. This collaboration not only enhances the operational capabilities of Long Châu pharmacies but also aligns with the increasing trend of digital health solutions in Vietnam.
As the healthcare landscape evolves, this partnership between Phạm Nhật Vượng and Nguyễn Bạch Điệp is poised to make a substantial impact on the accessibility and efficiency of health services in the country.
