In a significant move to improve healthcare logistics in Vietnam, Phạm Nhật Vượng's Green Smart Mobility (GSM) has partnered with Nguyễn Bạch Điệp, the chairwoman of the Long Châu pharmaceutical chain. This collaboration aims to implement a new service for delivering health products using electric motorcycles.

The service will be launched in 19 provinces and cities, including major urban centers like Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and Da Nang. By 2027, the initiative is expected to expand nationwide, enhancing the accessibility of healthcare products for the public.

Under the agreement, each order handled by Green SM will adhere to strict standards, including recipient verification, status updates, and protocols for handling unsuccessful deliveries. Both companies will manage order processing and tracking through a digital platform, ensuring quality control and efficient service delivery.

Green SM's delivery personnel, known as 'Green Drivers,' will receive training on order handling, product preservation, customer information security, and emergency response procedures to ensure a reliable service.

According to a report by Mordor Intelligence, Green SM captured 33.7% of the total transaction value among three major motorcycle delivery platforms in June 2026. A survey conducted by Q&Me indicated that 52% of respondents in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and Da Nang frequently use the Green SM Express delivery app.

Prior to collaborating with Long Châu, Green SM provided logistics services for several large enterprises, including e-commerce platform Shopee and food chain Jollibee. Long Châu currently operates over 2,700 pharmacies and 230 vaccination centers nationwide. The partnership with Green SM will enhance their delivery capabilities, catering to the growing demand for online shopping and home delivery of healthcare products.
