The eastern Gulf of Tonkin is experiencing winds of level 6, with gusts reaching level 7 and waves between 2.0 to 4.0 meters high, creating rough sea conditions. Vessels operating in these dangerous waters should be cautious of thunderstorms, strong winds, and high waves.

On land, the Northern and North Central regions are expected to have cloudy skies with scattered rain and thunderstorms, with some areas experiencing heavy rainfall. Residents and travelers are advised to carry umbrellas and raincoats to prepare for sudden weather changes.
