At around 5 AM, the family vehicle was traveling on Nguyen Tat Thanh Road towards Vung Tau. Upon reaching the intersection with Tran Hung Dao Street, it collided with the shuttle bus, which was headed towards Long Dien.
The impact caused the family car to overturn in the middle of the road, resulting in significant damage to its roof and windows. Bystanders rushed to the scene to assist the victims, breaking windows to help them escape before transporting them to Ba Ria Hospital, located over 2.5 kilometers from the accident site.
The shuttle bus came to a stop a few meters away, with its front end severely damaged. Debris and fluids were scattered across the roadway, highlighting the severity of the crash.
