The Military Medical Academy has announced the list of candidates who have been admitted for the academic year 2026. Among them, four female students achieved a perfect score of 30/30 in the military medicine program. The students, Cao Ngọc Ánh, Nguyễn Lê Khánh Hà, Lê Huỳnh Minh Khuê, and Nguyễn Thị Hồng, were selected based on their performance in the competency assessment exam and their high school graduation exam results, specifically in the B00 subject combination.

This year, the academy has set a quota of 140 students, with 14 female candidates successfully admitted. Notably, two of these female candidates achieved the perfect score of 30/30. The Military Medical Academy previously announced the admission scores for the military medicine program for 2026. For female candidates, the cutoff score was 29.6 in the northern region and 29.76 in the southern region. For male candidates, the cutoff scores were 28.39 in the north and 27.75 in the south.

The highest cutoff score this year was 29.76, achieved by a female candidate from the southern region. Last year, the cutoff for female candidates in the northern region was 30, while it was 29.03 for those in the south. Candidates who have been admitted are required to confirm their enrollment online through the Ministry of Education and Training's system by 5 PM on August 21. The in-person enrollment is scheduled for September 4.

The Military Medical Academy, originally established as the Vietnam Military Medical School on March 10, 1949, operates under the Ministry of National Defense. It is the only institution for higher education in medical and pharmaceutical sciences directly under the Ministry of National Defense, with three central political tasks: training military medical personnel at all levels, providing healthcare services, and conducting scientific research, particularly in military medicine.
