The Military Technical Academy has officially announced the admission scores for the year 2026, marking a significant moment for prospective students. The highest score recorded was 29.03, achieved by female candidates from the Southern region of Vietnam. This announcement was made on the evening of August 9.
For the military training programs, the admission scores vary based on gender and region. Male candidates from the Northern region had a cutoff score of 24.88, while those from the Southern region needed a score of 26.81. For female candidates, the cutoff was set at 24.64 for the Southern region.
In detail, the scores for male candidates from the Northern region were higher at 27.61, while female candidates from the Northern region had a cutoff of 28.65. The Southern male candidates had a lower score requirement at 26.62, but those who scored this must also meet additional criteria, including achieving at least 103 points in the competency assessment or a minimum score of 9.5 in mathematics in the high school graduation exam.
For civilian training programs, the highest admission score was 27.29 for the Automation major, while scores for other majors ranged from 21.75 to 26.96. Notable scores include 24.83 for Artificial Intelligence, 24.87 for Cybersecurity, and 25.80 for Electronics and Telecommunications.
Additionally, the Military Technical Academy has emphasized that successful candidates must confirm their enrollment online by 5 PM on August 21.
