TikTok Stars Khánh Sky and Vua Quạt Face Legal Action

Three popular TikTok influencers, Nguyễn Văn Hợi (known as Khánh Sky), Trần Đình Tiệp (known as Vua Quạt), and Hồ Văn Khoa, are facing legal charges in Bắc Ninh for their involvement in livestreams that reportedly incited public disorder. The investigation revealed that these individuals leveraged online conflicts to boost their social media interactions and follower counts.

During police questioning, Khánh Sky confessed to taking advantage of social media controversies to attract viewers. He stated, "I look for opportunities to gain fame. The more views I get, the more I engage in provocative behavior." His comments highlight a troubling trend among influencers who prioritize online fame over responsible content creation.

Vua Quạt admitted to sharing unverified information during his livestreams, acknowledging that he often spoke impulsively without considering the potential consequences. He remarked, "I thought I was just being entertaining, but I didn’t expect the fallout to be this significant. It stemmed from being provoked." Meanwhile, Hồ Văn Khoa explained that his intention was simply to generate views and likes for his sales activities, expressing surprise at the serious repercussions of his statements.

The Bắc Ninh police, in collaboration with the Criminal Investigation Department, have officially charged the trio with public disorder offenses. Their livestreams, which included inappropriate and offensive content, aimed to increase viewer engagement and expand their influence on social media.

Moreover, the situation escalated beyond the digital realm when Khánh Sky and Hồ Văn Khoa visited Trần Đình Tiệp's company to continue their controversial livestreams, disrupting business operations and public order.

As the investigation continues, authorities are gathering further evidence to address the actions of these influencers and any additional individuals involved. This case serves as a significant reminder of the responsibilities that come with social media influence and the potential legal consequences of irresponsible behavior.
