Police Issue Search Warrant for Ho Van Khoa in Bac Ninh

The Bac Ninh police have launched a search for Ho Van Khoa, a 34-year-old individual linked to a recent incident involving Khánh Sky, a well-known social media personality. The police are seeking Khoa to investigate his involvement in a public disturbance that occurred during a livestream at the workshop of TikToker Vua Quạt.

On July 31, the Bac Ninh Provincial Police's investigation agency announced the search for Khoa to clarify details related to the case. Khoa is originally from Sóc Sơn, Hanoi, and currently resides in Bac Ninh. Authorities have not yet located him and have urged anyone who finds him to report to the Bac Ninh Criminal Police Department.

Three days prior to the search warrant, Khoa, along with Khánh Sky and several others, visited the workshop of Trần Đình Tiệp (known as Vua Quạt) in Tam Giang, Bac Ninh. During their visit, the group livestreamed for about 15 minutes, during which they hurled insults and threats at Tiệp, demanding he come out to meet them. The livestream garnered thousands of views and significant interaction from online audiences.

Khánh Sky, who is also 34 years old and hails from Hưng Yên, is notorious for his controversial videos that often feature vulgar language directed at others. Following the incident, he was summoned by the police for questioning.

Ho Van Khoa is not new to legal troubles. In 2014, he was sentenced to 14 months in prison for extortion. In 2021, he received a 39-month sentence for public disorder and property damage. His criminal history includes a notable incident where he fired shots at a rival, Dương Minh Tuyền, but fortunately, there were no casualties.
