This initiative is part of a broader effort by the local police to enhance road safety and enforce traffic laws more effectively.

The Phu Tho Traffic Police Department has been actively utilizing surveillance camera systems to monitor traffic violations across various districts, including Viet Tri, Nong Trang, Thanh Mieu, Van Phu, Vinh Yen, Vinh Phuc, and Yen Lac. The primary violations recorded include speeding, failure to obey traffic signals, and not wearing seat belts while driving.

Specifically, the breakdown of violations shows that 2,383 instances were related to speeding, 485 for disregarding traffic signals, and 187 for not using seat belts. These figures highlight the ongoing challenges in ensuring road safety and the importance of compliance with traffic regulations to prevent accidents.
