Sacombank Appoints New CEO Loic Faussier
Sacombank has officially appointed Loic Faussier as its new CEO, effective July 10, 2026, following approval

Sacombank, officially known as Saigon Thuong Tin Commercial Joint Stock Bank, has disclosed that two of its Vice Presidents, Ho Doan Cuong and Nguyen Minh Tam, will be leaving their positions effective July 31, 2026. According to the official announcement, the decision to terminate their contracts was made in accordance with their personal wishes.
Both executives, born in 1972, will not hold any other positions within the bank following their resignation. They are required to complete the handover of assets, tools, and relevant work responsibilities before their departure and will receive severance packages as per current regulations.
Following their exit, the management team of Sacombank will be led by Faussier Loic Michel Marc, who was officially appointed as the bank's General Director on July 10, 2026. The current executive team also includes eight Vice Presidents and two other members.
This leadership change comes at a time when Sacombank is navigating through various challenges in the banking sector, and the board of directors is expected to ensure a smooth transition as they continue their operations.
