New Developments in Park Na-rae Assault Case

Park Na-rae, a well-known comedian, is embroiled in a legal dispute with her former managers, who have accused her of assault. The situation has escalated recently, as one of the accusers has officially hired a lawyer to pursue the case further.

According to reports, the two former managers filed a lawsuit against Park Na-rae in December of last year. The dispute has taken a new turn with the involvement of lawyer Jang Hyun Ho from Kangsim Law Firm, who announced on his YouTube channel that he has been contacted by one of the former managers.

In the video, Jang stated that after analyzing the case last year, he was approached to represent the former manager legally. He emphasized that the case involves complex details, with conflicting testimonies from both parties and unclear evidence. "There are still many points to dispute in this case. The two sides have opposing views, and the evidence is not yet clear, which means this will be a fierce legal battle," he explained.

Earlier in January, Jang had released a video titled "The Manager Will Ultimately Win," where he discussed the legal issues surrounding the conflict between Park Na-rae and her former managers.

The allegations against Park Na-rae include claims that she threw a glass at her home, injuring one of the managers who required two weeks of medical treatment. Additionally, the former managers reported instances of verbal abuse from Park Na-rae when they refused to drink alcohol.

In response, Park Na-rae has admitted to throwing a glass on the floor but insists that she did not throw it at anyone. She has countered the allegations, accusing her former managers of attempting to extort her and has consistently denied all accusations during interrogations held in February, March, and May.

However, a previous police investigation concluded that there was sufficient basis for claims of abuse of power and bullying by Park Na-rae, and the case is still being processed according to legal regulations.
