Final Fireworks Festival in Da Nang Set for July 11, 2026

The final night of the International Fireworks Festival in Da Nang (DIFF) 2026 is scheduled for the evening of July 11, featuring a spectacular fireworks competition between two teams from China and Portugal.

According to the organizers of DIFF 2026, the teams competing in the final are Jiangxi Yangfeng Art Display Co., Ltd from China and Macedos Pirotecnia from Portugal. These teams were selected by the jury based on criteria such as creativity, thematic presentation, and the overall quality of their fireworks displays, including the integration of music.

The event will commence at 8:10 PM on July 11 at the Han River stage in the Ngũ Hành Sơn area, which serves as the festival's central venue. The Chinese team plans to deliver a 21-minute performance celebrating the beauty of Da Nang, featuring ten songs that will be accompanied by light effects and music to showcase the city's vibrancy and cultural identity.

This marks the third consecutive year that Jiangxi Yangfeng Art Display Co., Ltd has reached the final of DIFF. Meanwhile, the Portuguese team will present a show titled "United Horizons: The Symphony of Convergence," which continues the narrative from their preliminary round performance, drawing inspiration from the intersection of nature, culture, and Da Nang's development.

In addition to the fireworks displays, the final night will feature a cultural program with performances by popular artists such as Mỹ Tâm, Tùng Dương, Isaac, Bùi Lan Hương, and Thu Hằng, hosted by MC Đức Bảo and Phí Linh.

After the performances, the organizers will award prizes for the best displays. The winning team will receive a trophy, a certificate, and a cash prize of $20,000, while the runner-up will get a trophy, a certificate, and $10,000. Additionally, three special awards will be presented: the Audience Favorite, the Creativity Award, and the Promising Award, each valued at $5,000 with a certificate.

As the most anticipated event of DIFF 2026, ticket prices for the final night are higher than those for the preliminary rounds. VIP grandstand tickets are priced at 4 million VND, while Zone A VIP tickets cost 2.8 million VND, and grandstands A1 and A2 tickets are 2 million VND each. Grandstands A3 and A4 tickets are available for 1.5 million VND each, with grandstand A4 only sold for the final night.

The organizers advise spectators to purchase tickets through official channels to avoid counterfeit tickets or inflated prices. Those without tickets can still enjoy the fireworks from various public locations along the Han River, such as Trần Hưng Đạo Street, Bạch Đằng, and the bridges crossing the river, as well as nearby hotels and bars. However, it is essential to choose safe viewing spots and avoid stopping or parking on the road to ensure safety and prevent traffic disruption.
