Can Tho University Announces Admission Scores for 2026
Can Tho University has released its admission scores for the 2026 academic year, with the highest threshold

The University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH) has officially released the minimum admission scores and an online tool for prospective students to calculate their admission points for the 2026 academic year. This tool allows students to estimate their scores and choose appropriate academic programs.
On July 8, 2026, UEH announced the quality assurance thresholds for the integrated admission method. The university will enroll a total of 8,890 students across its two campuses, with 8,240 spots available in Ho Chi Minh City (KSA) and 650 in Vinh Long (KSV). The integrated admission method will account for 95% of the total enrollment.
The quality assurance threshold for the integrated admission method is set at 65 points (out of 100) for the Ho Chi Minh City campus and 60 points for the Vinh Long campus. This threshold is calculated based on a combination of the entrance exam score (60%) and the average score from high school years (40%). It is important to note that this threshold does not include bonus points or advantages based on region or other factors, and it is uniformly applied across all programs at each campus.
Additionally, UEH has specified extra conditions for certain specialized programs. For example, programs in the field of law require students to meet additional criteria regarding their 12th-grade academic results and the national high school graduation exam scores, as mandated by the Ministry of Education and Training. Some programs also have specific English language proficiency requirements.
UEH emphasizes that the quality assurance threshold is not the final admission score, which will be determined after the completion of the application and admission process according to the Ministry of Education and Training's schedule. The university also provides guidelines for converting scores from various assessments, including the National University of Ho Chi Minh City's competency assessment and the V-SAT exam conducted by Can Tho University.
Overall, the introduction of this online tool is aimed at empowering students to actively calculate their admission scores under the integrated admission method, facilitating a smoother application process.
