The Ninh Binh Police have taken Nguyễn Văn Thắng, also known as Thắng 'Ật', into custody to investigate various legal violations. According to sources, the detention occurred on the evening of October 10, 2023, as part of an ongoing investigation into his actions.

Thắng, born in 1989 and residing in the Tràng An neighborhood of Tây Hoa Lư, was reportedly involved in a public incident on September 28, where he livestreamed an altercation outside the C.D. restaurant. During the livestream, he made derogatory remarks and provoked Dương Văn Hưng, a 64-year-old employee of the restaurant, which led to a physical confrontation between the two.

Witnesses reported that Hưng attempted to defend himself using a bamboo stick during the altercation, which was subsequently shared widely on social media, drawing significant public attention and criticism towards Thắng's behavior. Following the incident, local police conducted interviews with those involved and gathered evidence from the scene.

In light of the events, Hưng filed a complaint against Thắng for his actions, which included public humiliation and disturbing the peace. The restaurant's owner also submitted a formal complaint regarding Thắng's conduct.

In recent days, Thắng has been active on social media, frequently livestreaming and posting videos that many have deemed inappropriate. The Ninh Binh Police are continuing their investigation into the matter and will take appropriate legal action as necessary.
