Reports indicate that she shouted, slammed the table, and threw a cup while addressing her colleagues, an incident that has raised concerns about her conduct as an educational leader.
The local government has requested that L.T.H. provide a formal explanation regarding her actions, which were witnessed by several teachers. This request follows media coverage highlighting the unprofessional nature of her behavior, prompting the Yen Thang People's Committee to take action.
According to the committee, L.T.H. is required to submit her report detailing the events that transpired during the meeting, which took place in October 2025 at Mai Son Primary School, where she previously served as principal. The meeting was intended to facilitate the transfer of responsibilities and documentation following her reassignment to Yen Thang Primary School.
Additionally, the committee has instructed Mai Son Primary School to report on the incident, emphasizing the need for adherence to proper conduct in educational settings. All relevant parties are expected to submit their findings to the Yen Thang People's Committee by 2 PM on August 15.
As of August 16, the Ninh Binh Department of Education and Training has acknowledged the situation and has requested the Yen Thang People's Committee to verify and clarify the details surrounding the incident.
