At Sun Group, Hai will be responsible for the film and performing arts sector, an area the company is keen to expand. Sun Group, a diversified corporation involved in real estate, tourism, infrastructure, aviation, healthcare, and the arts, has ambitious plans for the film industry, including the development of a large-scale film studio spanning 279 hectares in the Urban City complex in Ninh Binh.

His contributions to comedy programs like 'Weekend Meeting' and 'New Year Concert' also left a lasting impact on Vietnamese entertainment.
Hai's departure from VTV was officially announced during a conference on October 2, where VTV also introduced new appointments for its leadership team. He had been with VTV since its inception, earning recognition as a talented director and a key figure in the industry. His accolades include awards for Best Director and several honors for outstanding television productions.
