The job openings are divided into five categories, catering to a wide range of applicants. Notably, some positions require only basic literacy skills, with candidates needing to be able to read and write. The salary for these roles can reach up to 18 million VND per month, along with additional benefits such as KPI bonuses and health insurance.
For the support, logistics, and welding positions, both male and female candidates are welcome, with no formal educational qualifications necessary. Applicants must be in good health, with males required to be at least 1.6 meters tall and weighing 50 kg, while females must be at least 1.5 meters tall and weigh 40 kg.
Positions in production, repair, and quality control require male candidates who have completed at least secondary education, with experience in automotive assembly, repair, or quality inspection preferred. For roles involving driving and operating machinery, candidates must hold the appropriate licenses and educational qualifications.
VinFast is also looking for male workers aged 18-45 for maintenance roles, requiring at least a vocational diploma in electrical engineering, automation, or mechanics. Candidates with previous experience in equipment maintenance are prioritized.
Additionally, data entry positions are open to both genders, requiring at least a college degree and proficiency in Microsoft Office and data processing software.
The company emphasizes a supportive work environment, offering transportation services and opportunities for career advancement. Employees will work a standard 48-hour week and are entitled to four days off each month, as arranged by the company.
This recruitment drive follows previous hiring events, including a significant campaign in July 2026, where VinFast sought to hire 3,000 workers for the same facility. As the company expands its operations, it continues to play a crucial role in job creation in the region.
