VinFast, the pioneering electric vehicle brand from Vietnam, has announced the appointment of Phạm Nhật Quân Anh as its new CEO. This transition marks a significant leadership change as Quân Anh takes over from Phạm Nhật Vượng, the founder of VinFast, who has been instrumental in the company's journey.

Born in 1993, Phạm Nhật Quân Anh is one of the youngest leaders within the Vingroup conglomerate. He has been with VinFast since its inception, contributing to the company’s localization efforts and its expansion into international markets. Quân Anh's career at Vingroup began in 2015 with Vinpearl, where he quickly rose through the ranks. His experience spans various roles, including Deputy General Director of Vinpearl Golf/Safari and Senior Assistant to the CEO of VinFast.

In 2019, Quân Anh joined VinFast and held several key positions, including Director of Sales & Marketing and Director of Planning and Quality Control. His leadership journey continued as he became Vice Chairman of VinFast, overseeing production and business operations. Notably, he has also served as General Director of VinMetal, a steel manufacturing company under Vingroup.

Quân Anh's expertise includes operations management, international business strategy, and customer service management. His recent appointment as CEO comes as VinFast aims to strengthen its global presence and enhance customer experience across various markets.

With this new role, Quân Anh is set to lead VinFast into its next phase of growth, focusing on building an international after-sales network and expanding marketing efforts. His leadership is expected to bring fresh perspectives and innovative strategies to the company, further solidifying VinFast's position in the competitive electric vehicle market.

As Phạm Nhật Vượng hands over the reins to the younger generation, the future of VinFast looks promising under Quân Anh's guidance, as he embarks on this new chapter at the age of 30.
