On September 19, 2026, the labor union of Chang Shin Vietnam Company facilitated a trip for 1,324 workers to Nha Trang, located in Khanh Hoa province. This excursion, lasting three days and two nights, is part of the company's annual welfare program aimed at enhancing the well-being of its employees.
The itinerary includes various activities such as beach swimming, mini-games, lucky draws, and a cable car experience over the sea. The company has a total workforce of approximately 42,000 employees, and this trip marks the first of several planned excursions for this year.
According to Dang Tuan Tu, the Chairman of the labor union at Chang Shin Vietnam, this initial group will be followed by a second round of trips from September 25 to 27, accommodating an additional 1,423 workers. In total, the union plans to organize nine trips throughout 2026, allowing 13,152 employees to enjoy a vacation at Nha Trang. The goal is to ensure that all 42,000 workers will have the opportunity to travel within a three-year timeframe.
The estimated cost for each worker participating in the trip is around 2.2 million VND. In 2025, the average income of workers at the company was nearly 12 million VND per month, highlighting the company's commitment to employee welfare.
Previously, in 2024, the labor union also arranged a trip for all employees to Da Lat, and in past years, excursions have been organized to destinations like Vung Tau and Phan Thiet. Such initiatives not only provide relaxation but also foster a sense of community among the workers.
