As of September 18, 2026, retail fuel prices in Vietnam have been updated according to the latest adjustments made by the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Finance, effective from 3 PM on September 17. The new prices are now in effect across the Petrolimex fuel distribution network.
According to the latest pricing table, the price of E10 RON 95-V biofuel is set at 26,830 VND per liter in region 1 and 27,360 VND per liter in region 2. For E10 RON 95-III, the price is 25,630 VND per liter in region 1 and 26,140 VND per liter in region 2. The E5 RON 92-II biofuel is priced at 25,130 VND per liter in region 1 and 25,630 VND per liter in region 2.
In the diesel category, diesel 0.001S-V is priced at 31,740 VND per liter in region 1 and 32,370 VND in region 2, while diesel 0.05S-II is priced at 29,940 VND per liter in region 1 and 30,530 VND in region 2. Kerosene 2-K is listed at 31,470 VND per liter in region 1 and 32,090 VND in region 2. For mazut oil, mazut N02B (3.5S) costs 19,190 VND per kilogram in region 1 and 19,570 VND in region 2, while mazut 180cst – 0.5S (RMG) is sold at 27,190 VND per kilogram in region 1 and 27,730 VND in region 2.
Compared to the previous adjustment on September 10, retail fuel prices at Petrolimex have increased across the board. The price of E10 RON 95-V has risen by 1,300 VND per liter, while E10 RON 95-III has increased by 1,400 VND per liter, marking the highest increase among gasoline products. E5 RON 92-II saw an increase of 1,390 VND per liter.
In the diesel category, both diesel 0.001S-V and diesel 0.05S-II have risen by 1,460 VND per liter. Kerosene 2-K has experienced a significant increase of 3,100 VND per liter, the largest rise in this category during the adjustment period. Mazut oil prices have also seen increases, with mazut N02B (3.5S) rising by 1,040 VND per kilogram and mazut 180cst – 0.5S (RMG) increasing by 2,040 VND per kilogram.
Petrolimex has indicated that region 1 pricing applies to areas near ports, oil depots, or fuel production facilities, while region 2 pricing is for areas further away from these locations. Actual selling prices in region 2 are determined by member units but cannot exceed the prices published by Petrolimex.
The new retail prices will remain in effect across all Petrolimex fuel stations, dealers, and authorized retailers nationwide until the next price adjustment by the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Finance. These adjustments are based on global fuel price trends during the pricing calculation period and current regulations governing fuel pricing.
