YouTuber Phạm Tuấn Arrested for Promoting Violence Ahead of Khá Bảnh's Return

Phạm Tuấn, a YouTuber with over 1 million subscribers, was recently arrested by the Hanoi Police for his involvement in producing violent and inappropriate content. Before his arrest, he was preparing to create a video titled "Come Back Film to Welcome Brother Khá Back," aimed at glorifying the notorious figure Ngô Bá Khá, known as Khá Bảnh.

The investigation revealed that Tuấn managed the YouTube channel "Phạm Tuấn ENTERTAINMENT," where he and his associates produced and uploaded numerous videos that promoted violence and showcased the use of weapons to resolve conflicts. Their content has been linked to negative influences on youth behavior and has raised serious concerns regarding public safety.

On June 16, 2020, Tuấn and his group released a film titled "Dead End 3 - Turning the Face," which depicted violent scenes involving students fighting and extorting property within a school setting. This particular video, which was viewed over 2.7 million times, included derogatory titles aimed at a local high school, significantly harming its reputation.

In total, the group is estimated to have illegally profited over 500 million VND from their harmful content. The police have charged Tuấn and nine others with violating laws related to cybersecurity and broadcasting, as their actions have had a detrimental impact on societal order and youth education.

The investigation remains ongoing as authorities work to compile evidence and address the broader implications of such content on public safety and youth behavior.
