From tomorrow evening, the North and Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, the Central Highlands, and the South will experience scattered thunderstorms, with rainfall amounts expected to be between 10-30mm, and locally heavy rain exceeding 70mm. In contrast, the Central region from Thanh Hoa to Hue will continue to experience extreme heat, with temperatures reaching 35-37 degrees Celsius and some areas exceeding 37 degrees.

For Hanoi, the weather forecast for August 14 indicates cloudy conditions with possible light rain and thunderstorms overnight. The daytime will be hot, with scattered thunderstorms expected in the afternoon. The temperature is predicted to range from a low of 27-29 degrees Celsius to a high of 34-36 degrees Celsius.

In the Northwest region, similar weather is expected, with temperatures ranging from 25-28 degrees Celsius at night and highs of 33-36 degrees Celsius during the day. The Northeast region will also see thunderstorms and rain, with temperatures between 26-29 degrees Celsius at night and highs of 33-36 degrees Celsius during the day.
