Saigon University has released its admission scores for the 2026 academic year, revealing that most programs require scores above 22. The highest score recorded is 28.89 for the Mathematics Education program, which reflects the increasing competitiveness of higher education in Vietnam.

On August 11, the university published the admission scores for all programs after converting them to a 30-point scale. The scores for education-related fields range from 20.75 to 28.89, with Mathematics and Literature Education having the highest entry scores, exceeding 28 points.

For other programs, the admission scores vary between 17.01 and 25.48. Among these, the History program leads with a score of 25.48, while the lowest score is for the Information Technology program, particularly in the high-quality training track, which stands at 17.06.

This year, Saigon University plans to enroll over 5,400 students through four admission methods: direct admission, scores from the National University of Ho Chi Minh City’s competency assessment exam, scores from the V-SAT entrance exam, and high school graduation exam results. Tuition fees for new students are expected to range from 84 million to nearly 213 million VND for the entire course (4-4.5 years), marking an increase of 6 to 20 million VND compared to last year.
