The Telecommunications Academy (PTIT) has officially released its admission scores for the 2026 academic year, revealing that the highest score for the Control Engineering and Automation program is 26.91 out of a possible 30. This score was determined based on the results of the national high school graduation exam.

On August 10, PTIT disclosed the admission scores for its Northern campus, where the minimum score for acceptance ranged from 20.21 to 26.91. In addition to Control Engineering and Automation, other programs such as Data Science (26), Semiconductor Technology (25.64), and Telecommunications Engineering (25.18) also had high admission thresholds, all exceeding 25 points.

Conversely, the Information Technology program (application-oriented) had the lowest entry score among the offerings. For the 2026 academic year, PTIT plans to enroll nearly 8,000 students across its campuses in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

The academy employs five different admission methods, including talent-based selection, evaluation based on SAT or ACT scores, assessments from the National University and Hanoi University of Science and Technology, a combination of international English certificates and high school transcripts, and results from the national high school graduation exam.

Regarding tuition, the average fees for new students at PTIT are projected to range from 35.9 million to 67.2 million VND, depending on the program. Most standard programs will charge between 35.9 million and 40.7 million VND.

In comparison, the Finance Academy has set the highest admission score at 28.07 for its Accounting program, with no program falling below 21 points.
