The Vietnam Aviation Academy (VAA) has officially announced the admission scores for the year 2026, revealing notable increases in several programs. On August 9, the academy disclosed that the highest admission score reached 27.5 points, reflecting a competitive selection process.

For specialized aviation engineering programs, the admission scores ranged from 24 to 27.5 points. In contrast, programs related to economics, management, and aviation tourism had scores varying between 23 and 26 points. Other fields saw scores between 18 and 22 points.

This year, there has been a significant rise in the scores for construction and STEM-related fields, with increases of 4 to 6 points compared to the previous year. Notable programs that experienced these increases include:

• Airport Construction and Development
• Airport Management and Operations
• Applied Electronics in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT)
• Telecommunications and AI
• Automated Systems in Airports

The adjustments in admission scores reflect the growing demand for skilled professionals in the aviation sector and related fields. As the industry evolves, the academy aims to attract top talent to meet future challenges.
