Several universities in Vietnam are preparing to announce their admission scores on August 9, after the final filtering round conducted by the Ministry of Education and Training. The process of handling university applications, known as 'virtual filtering', will conclude by 5 PM on August 9. Following this, universities will review and publish their results by 5 PM on August 13.
As of now, 11 universities are expected to release their admission scores at least one day earlier than the deadline. The anticipated schedule for the announcement of admission scores from various institutions is as follows:
This year, a record-breaking 1.2 million candidates took the high school graduation exam, with nearly 875,000 registering for university admissions, totaling over 7.18 million applications. On average, each candidate registered for more than eight preferences. The six rounds of virtual filtering aim to ensure that each candidate is only accepted into one program.
