During the livestream on August 3, 2026, Thanh Trúc discussed her current health status and how it impacts her daily life. She mentioned experiencing fatigue, hair loss, and noticeable swelling in her throat, which has affected her appearance on screen. "I used to weigh 55 kg, but I've recently gained 5 kg back after losing too much weight. People around me have expressed concern about my health, saying I looked too thin," she explained.

Thanh Trúc also addressed rumors regarding potential cosmetic surgery, clarifying that aside from dental work, she has not undergone any facial enhancements. However, she acknowledged that signs of aging, such as under-eye bags, have become more apparent due to her busy schedule and late-night livestreaming.

Looking ahead, Thanh Trúc revealed her intention to take a break from acting for about three to four years.
