The weather forecast for the next two days indicates that Northern Vietnam will experience a decrease in rainfall, with many areas in the plains enjoying sunny weather. Additionally, on the evening of July 25, Typhoon Noul (Typhoon No. 2), classified as a level 12 storm (118-133km/h) with gusts reaching level 15, was located in the northeastern waters of the North East Sea, approximately 290km southeast of Hong Kong, China. The typhoon is forecasted to move northwest and make landfall in Guangdong Province, China, with no direct impact anticipated on mainland Vietnam.
