Miss Bảo Ngọc Responds to Acceptance Letter from Columbia University

Miss Lê Nguyễn Bảo Ngọc recently spoke out about her acceptance into a master's program at Columbia University, a prestigious Ivy League institution. The announcement came after an image of her acceptance letter was circulated online, prompting questions from the public regarding its authenticity.

In her official statement on social media, Bảo Ngọc affirmed that the acceptance letter is indeed a legitimate document issued by Columbia University. She emphasized that all information related to the school, program, and admission results remains unchanged from the original documents. To protect her privacy, some personal details were obscured in the shared image, which may have led to public confusion.

Recognizing the concerns raised, Bảo Ngọc stated that she and her team have revised the image to present clearer information while ensuring that the content of the original document is preserved within the bounds of what can be publicly disclosed.

Regarding her academic schedule, Bảo Ngọc announced that she has decided to postpone the start of her master's program in Public Administration, specializing in Environmental Science and Policy, to May 2027. Initially, she was invited to join the program for the summer semester of 2026. The program is full-time, requiring students to maintain full-time enrollment throughout their studies.

Columbia University has noted that this year's admissions included many exceptionally qualified candidates, making Bảo Ngọc's selection a significant achievement. In addition to her acceptance, she has also been awarded the title of SIPA Environmental Fellow, which comes with a tuition support grant.

The university expressed its enthusiasm for welcoming Bảo Ngọc into its community of talented and motivated individuals from around the globe. As a notable figure, she is also set to represent Vietnam at the Miss World 2026 competition, as announced by the organization holding the rights to the Miss World pageant in Vietnam.
