On the morning of September 19, the finals of the Traditional Buffalo Fighting Festival - VTV 2026 were held at the central stadium in Do Son, Hai Phong. This year’s festival has introduced several new features in its organization, aiming to enhance the cultural and tourism appeal of the event, thereby attracting visitors from both within Vietnam and abroad.

Prior to the festival, the organizing committee took significant measures to prepare the venue and ensure safety. Local police and military forces implemented plans to maintain security, traffic safety, and fire prevention during the event. The final rehearsal was conducted to ensure everything was in order for the festival.

This year, the organizers have prohibited the sale of goods at the entrances to the stadium and have arranged traffic management to facilitate the movement of residents and tourists. The finals of the Traditional Buffalo Fighting Festival - VTV 2026 will be broadcast live on VTV6, VTV Go, and various channels of Hai Phong Radio and Television.
