The incident occurred in Phu Quoc, and the video, which lasted over a minute, showed the student in school uniform attacking the woman, identified as 27-year-old N., who is reportedly the student's sister-in-law.

In response to the outrage expressed on social media, Trần Quang Bảo, the Director of the An Giang Department of Education, has called for heightened accountability among school leaders and emphasized the importance of teachers setting a positive example. The directive includes a focus on enhancing students' life skills, moral education, and conflict resolution techniques to prevent such violent behaviors in the future.

Since the beginning of the school year, there have been reports of students exhibiting inappropriate behavior and violence, prompting the department to take action.
