The Ministry of Home Affairs has released a report addressing the limitations encountered during the implementation of Decree 178/2024. According to the Ministry, the errors identified are relatively minor, constituting around 0.3% of the total implementation efforts.

These discrepancies mainly pertain to the organizational aspects of executing the policies outlined in the decree. The Ministry emphasized the importance of rectifying these errors, which include instances of misallocated funds that necessitate thorough review and recovery processes.

In light of the findings, the Ministry is committed to ensuring that all recommendations from the State Audit Office regarding the execution of Decree 178 are taken seriously. This includes addressing the identified shortcomings and implementing corrective measures to enhance the overall effectiveness of the decree.
