To manage the increased patient load effectively, medical personnel were on standby at reception points, optimizing the flow of patients to minimize congestion. The hospital encouraged patients to use its mobile application, "Chợ Rẫy Hospital App," to schedule appointments in advance, thus reducing waiting times and enhancing the overall patient experience.
