After years of a flourishing career in the entertainment industry, Vietnamese singer Đan Trường has acquired a luxurious home in Dallas, Texas, estimated to be worth around $450,000 (approximately 11.7 billion VND). Known for his captivating voice and hit songs since 1997, Đan Trường has become a beloved figure in Vietnamese music, especially in the genre of Vietnamese lyrics set to Chinese melodies.
Following his divorce, Đan Trường decided to relocate to Dallas, where his sister has lived for about a decade. This move allows him to be closer to family, while the choice of a lakeside property aligns with his father's passion for fishing. The villa spans approximately 287 square meters and includes two floors with four bedrooms, designed in a semi-classical style with a predominant white color scheme.
The home is surrounded by a spacious garden filled with greenery, creating a serene and nature-friendly environment. Prior to moving in, Đan Trường took the time to personalize the space, updating the interiors with fresh paint, replacing carpets with wooden flooring, and selecting various furnishings such as tables, chairs, and decorative lamps. His goal was to create a comfortable living space for his parents during their visits or when he is performing in the U.S.
The interior design emphasizes a bright and spacious feel while maintaining warmth, with numerous glass windows to maximize natural light. In addition to the living room and bedrooms, the villa features a large kitchen and a generously sized bathroom. The layout prioritizes convenience and airflow, avoiding excessive decorative details, making it suitable for family living.
Despite nearly 30 years in the industry, Đan Trường continues to maintain a steady performance schedule, appearing on various stages both in Vietnam and the U.S. Alongside his singing career, he also dedicates time to business and family. At 50, he leads a well-balanced life, regularly updating fans with concert schedules and personal moments on social media. His consistent performances showcase his enduring appeal, as he continues to sing beloved songs that resonate with multiple generations of audiences.
