A class from Nguyen Khuyen High School has made headlines as 46 out of 47 students from class 12B1 were accepted into various medical programs for the academic year 2026. This impressive feat includes admissions to prestigious institutions such as the University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Ho Chi Minh City, Pham Ngoc Thach University of Medicine, and the University of Health Sciences - Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City.

According to the admissions results published on August 11, 2026, two students, Vo Khai Quoc and Trinh Gia Han, achieved perfect scores of 30 points, including bonus points. Vo Khai Quoc scored 28 points in the B03 combination, making him the top scorer in Ho Chi Minh City, while Trinh Gia Han ranked among the top three nationwide in the B00 combination with a score of 29.5 points.

The list of successful candidates shows that 27 students from class 12B1 were admitted to the University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Ho Chi Minh City, with 22 entering the medical program, three in Dentistry, one in Traditional Medicine, and one in Nursing. Additionally, 13 students were accepted into Pham Ngoc Thach University of Medicine, including nine in Medicine and four in Dentistry. Six other students were admitted to the University of Health Sciences, with three pursuing Medicine and three in Dentistry.

Many students scored 28 points or higher, with notable results including Nguyen Thanh Nguyen at 29.70 points, Nguyen Dinh Quang at 29.15 points, and Nguyen Tran Bao Nghi at 29.10 points. The admissions process at the University of Health Sciences saw students achieving scores ranging from 89.30 to 91.10 points.

This achievement highlights the academic excellence of class 12B1, despite the varying scoring systems and admission methods used by different universities. Teacher Tran Thanh Hung, the class advisor, expressed joy and congratulations to the students and their families, marking this milestone as a significant recognition of their hard work and dedication throughout their studies.
