The Postal and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (PTIT) has officially announced its admission scores for the 2026 academic year, revealing a competitive landscape for prospective students. The highest admission score is recorded at 26.91 for the Control Engineering and Automation program, based on the results of the national high school graduation exam.

On August 10, PTIT disclosed the admission scores for different methods at its Northern campus. For candidates applying through the high school graduation exam results, the accepted scores range from 20.21 to 26.91 out of a possible 30 points. Besides Control Engineering and Automation, other programs with high admission scores include Data Science at 26 points, Semiconductor Technology at 25.64 points, and Telecommunications Engineering at 25.18 points.

The Information Technology program (application-oriented) has the lowest entry score among the offered courses. In total, PTIT plans to enroll nearly 8,000 students across its campuses in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City for the upcoming academic year.

PTIT employs five different admission methods, including talent-based selection, evaluation based on SAT or ACT scores, assessment scores from the National University and Hanoi University of Science and Technology, a combination of international English certificates with high school transcripts, and results from the high school graduation exam.

Regarding tuition fees, the average cost for new students in the next academic year is projected to range from 35.9 million to 67.2 million VND, depending on the program. Most mainstream programs will charge between 35.9 million and 40.7 million VND.
