Cyclist Found Dead Entangled in Metal Fence

On July 29, local authorities in Hai Hung commune, Ninh Binh province, reported a tragic incident involving a cyclist. The body of a man was discovered around 12:16 PM on July 28, at the Chợ Quán bridge area, standing with his neck trapped between two metal bars of a fence.

Initial investigations revealed that the victim, identified as L.T.N., born in 1960 and a resident of Xuân Kiên commune in An Giang province, was temporarily living in Trung Lương village, Hai Hung commune. On the day of the incident, Mr. N. had attended a family gathering and was riding his bicycle home alone.

As he approached the Chợ Quán bridge, he suddenly veered left down a slope and collided with a wall, resulting in his death. Security camera footage showed that no one was near Mr. N. during the time he rode his bicycle down the slope leading to the collision.

The local police have secured the scene and are working with relevant authorities to investigate the cause of this unfortunate accident. The community is in shock as they come to terms with the loss of a local resident.
