While the driver and mechanic were examining the vehicle, smoke began to billow from the engine compartment. They were unable to open the hood to address the issue, and within five minutes, flames erupted from the engine area.

Witnesses quickly sprang into action, using sticks and wrenches to pry open the hood while others rushed to a nearby restaurant to fetch buckets of water. After successfully opening the hood, they doused the flames continuously, managing to control the fire within approximately ten minutes. Fortunately, no injuries were reported as a result of the incident.
