Phu Tho province is preparing to auction a plot of land intended for the construction of sports facilities, with a starting price of more than 47.247 trillion VND. The auction is scheduled for August 17, 2026, and will be conducted online.

The land, located in the Dong Nha Dan area of Phu Tho ward, will require participants to submit a deposit of nearly 9.45 trillion VND, which is equivalent to 20% of the starting price. The bidding increments will be set at 50 million VND.

Interested parties can submit their applications from July 15 to August 1, 2026, during business hours. Additionally, they will have the opportunity to inspect the land from July 20 to July 22, 2026. The deadline for submitting the deposit is 5 PM on August 13, 2026.

Eligible bidders include organizations and individuals whose business activities align with the sports sector and who meet the criteria for land leasing as stipulated in the 2024 Land Law. The registration documents will be reviewed by the relevant authorities before confirming eligibility to participate in the auction.

This auction is being conducted in accordance with the Law on Asset Auction and related legal documents, aiming to select an investor to implement the project as per the established urban planning.
